Hot Yoga Workout instructors are certified yoga instructors registered with the Yoga Alliance®. Our yoga instructors are specifically trained to make adjustments and modifications for yogis of all levels. Consult your teacher if you have any difficulties or experience any discomfort in your practice.

You do not need to be “flexible.”
Yoga practiced at least 3 times a week will dramatically increase flexibility.

I recently decided to commit again to practicing yoga to help with my back pain, meditation and to just invest in myself. Ever since being in a car crash a few years ago, I've had trouble getting back into working out, and have tried a number of different routines. I started practicing in November, and I'm always floored by how great every workout is. Everyone has been so positive and kind, making the energy of each workout meaningful to me. I appreciate the help and guidance of the amazing instructors, a huge thank you to Sabrina and Lindsey. I love being a part of this community and truly feel blessed. Namaste!

At Hot Yoga Workout I got the hard workout I wanted, but what I didn’t expect to experience was the true acceptance, encouragement and support to everyone in attendance. Sabrina and Lindsey are wonderful and warm individuals and I really appreciate their teaching and accepting approach with students of all levels and that’s why I keep coming. Over the last year my fitness level has increased, my joints are much better, and I’ve lost some extra weight. But the greatest benefit I get from each class is the sweaty transformation to a very relaxed and energized state as I am guided to let go of the past and the future and led to breathe, focus, pose and rest. This studio is amazing and I've become quite addicted. Lindsey, the instructor, is fantastic. The classes really focus on mindfulness and emphasize that everyone's practice is different, which is great for a beginner. Plus the music selection is on point.
