This class is a form of hatha (physical) yoga, performed in a heated room. Heat maximizes blood flow to muscles, makes tendons more flexible, and minimizes the risk of injury.

Not a meditation, but a disciplined series of postures and stretches performed in a heated room that will challenge all parts of your mind and body.

An unbelievable workout!

Why heat?

Heat enables muscles to warm up and relax. You can stretch more easily, thus avoiding injury. Sweating detoxifies the body and clears skin.

Not Flexible?

You do not need to be "flexible". Everyone has a different innate flexibility. The challenge and fun of Yoga is to improve your personal flexibility. Regular practice of Yoga will accomplish that goal.
