General Tips:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to sign-in and get settled.
- Wear comfortable, fitted clothing for maximum movement and flexibility.
- Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class.
- Please don't bring cell phones or pagers into class.
- Always practice at your own level. Avoid overstretching or straining, and rest when you need to.
- Please inform your teacher of any injuries or illnesses you might have.
- Consult your teacher if you have any difficulties or experience any discomfort in your practice.
For Hot Yoga:
- Drink plenty of water before and after, and small amounts during class.
- Wait 2 hours after eating to practice.
- Yoga is practiced in bare feet (no shoes or socks) on a towel. Mats can be purchased or rented at Hot Yoga Workout Studio.
- You may want to bring a small towel and a washcloth to wipe your face when you sweat. Large and hand towels are available for rent at the studio.
For Boot Camp:
- Drink plenty of water before and after, and small amounts during class.
- Wear comfortable cross-training shoes.
